A great learning tool
This podcast was a great learning tool for those of us with a less than intellectual vocabulary. I now understand a lot more words. I get approving and admiring looks when I use certain words correctly in conversation with my boss. I wouldn't go crazy with it though, then you just sound too much over the top ☺
The style is perfect
Although many of these words won't be used in daily conversation, the definitions of these words has been helpful in listening to or reading books, as I have come across many of these words in various books. The style is perfect and the host does a great job at reinforcing the definitions. I was able to remember definitions upon hearing the words months after listening to this podcast!
Perfect for my learning style.
As I alluded to before, the teaching format that JustVocabulary utilizes is perfect for my learning style. As such, I purchased ALL EPISODES and can say with sincerity, that I am continuing to expand my vocabulary just as quickly and easily as I did with the first podcast episodes.
Very informative and cut down in bite sized bits
This particular ESL Podcast is a first for me. The audio is very informative and cut down in bite sized bits. I love it and the online quizzes are also great.
