Jose from the UNITED STATES
Hi Jan,
My name is Jose and I live in the area of Los
Angeles.Thank you for your podcast. I listened to each one of the
episodes, from first to last, in preparation for the GRE. I took the
test about a month ago and I already got the results. I scored in the 99th percentile in verbal, and I owe much of that to you. I really enjoyed listening to your podcast, and I hope you keep producing more episodes because they are great!
Regards,
Jose
Hi,
I believe your podcast is the best one among all podcasts available on iTune which focus on learning English words. I can hardly tell you how grateful I am.
Best wishes to you and your family in 2008.
Sincerely,
Wayne

Hello.
Your podcasts really are amazing, much better than my page-a-day vocab calenders, which i stopped using after a couple of days of having bought it. I only discovered the podcast yesterday though, so I'm still on the 27th of January 2005. I've done about 20 episodes today though, so I shall catch up soon enough. I live in England, and I'm actually doing A-level English (and well, I like to think I'm good at it) but these podcasts are still really helpful. Even when I know the meaning of words, I hesitate to use them because I fear they may not be in the right context, etc. So, well, thank you! And please continue doing what you do.

Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful show. I love everything about it: the opening theme, brevity, word selection and last but not least your presentation. I discovered your show last week and have already downloaded all the episodes. Please keep up the good work.
Best wishes,

Jan,
as the comment I just posted on the website, I'm really fond of your show. Listening to my Ipod during my workout at the gym, in the car, while washing the dishes, for me it's a great way to combine the tedious with the pleasant and useful. I'm from Antwerp, dus ook nederlandstalig. Ik hoop dat je nog lang verder gaat met je podcast!

Thank you for the program and looking forward to it everyday.

Ella from CHINA
I'm an English student in China.
I found your podcast very helpful, so thank you!) I'm now preparing for GRE, in which the required vocabulary would be around 10,000:( I wonder if you could include more synonyms and antonyms, or the origins of the words. That would be really great) Anyway, I just want to say thank you, I love your podcast. So keep the good work:)
Prabodh from SOUTH INDIA

I discovered JustVocabulary podcast couple of days ago and find it extremely helpful. I have recommended it to all my friends. I'm from Albania, living and working in Chicago. English is my second language and your podcast is especially helpful to me since at this time I'm also studying for the GRE exam.
Keep up the good work!
Cheers, Julian
Piotr from POLAND
My name's Peter and I'm writing to you from Poland. Just recently I subscribed to your podcast. I've only listened to a couple of episodes but I already think it's a great podcast for the English language lovers like myself.
I'm a self-employed EFL teacher. I give one-on-one classes which at times can be extremely challenging for a non-native teacher of English. Students are always me all sorts of questions about the language so I feel compelled to continuously improve my own skills. And the 'just vocabulary' is exactly the kind of podcast I've been looking for. I especially like your etymology explanations. It would be great if you could devote even more time to revealing the origins of words.
Keep up the great work!
Marcin from POLAND
I am Marcin from Poland. I've recently subscribed to your podcast. I
think that idea of lerning vocabulary this way's just perfect.
Although, as I mentioned, I have subscribed RECENTLY, so I must listen
to the older episodes now. Then, when I know all previous
vocabulary, I'll be able to enjoy DAILY learning. :)
All in all vocabulary will help improving my english!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH JAN, FOR YOUR JV PODCAST. :) and your diligence in
creating it. :)
'Have a nice one!' :)

Fishee from CHINA
I'm Fishee from Shanghai, China. I'm a new listener of your podcast. Good job! 2-3 minutes a day, that's quite helpful for a "lazy" person like me.
I've been studying English for almost 12 years. Last December I got an 8.0 in IELTS test, which is quite a high score. I might also try GRE, but that's not the reason I listen to your podcast :) I enjoy learning this language. Recently I started to read some original English novels. Vocabulary is the biggest problem for me. I love the book The Great Gatsby. I've finished reading it last month, and will start reading it again. But...there're just so many new words! I had to use an e-dictionary to help me with reading it. It was so beautifully written, think I will read it again and again.
BTW, you said that you are getting a new website, right? That'll be cool. I've got my own fishee.com website, which basically it's only a blog now ^_^ Can't wait to see yours.
Best regards
